How to Enjoy the Outdoors in KL Off-the-beaten track!

A Little Farm On The Hill

The project, thoughtfully started by a couple, lies 45 minutes from the rush and bustle of the capital, KL. This is an organic farm featuring locally grown veggies utilized in seasonal meals. The farm has over 30 different fruit, vegetables, and herb species spanning 7 acres. The proprietors want their cuisine to taste clean and fresh, preserving the quality of the ingredients and allowing the food to ‘speak for itself. White Water Rafting

The Kuala Kubu River is around an hour's drive from KL. The exciting ride lasts 3 to 4 hours with rapids ranging from 2 to 4 depending on your level of adventure. This adventurous excursion in KL takes you into a magnificent forest where you may connect with the local Temiar people and learn about their culture. Broga Hill is around a 55-minute drive from KL city, near the tiny town of Semenyih, which is known for its rice cultivation. Although trekking before dawn may seem intimidating, the sights and surroundings are worth the effort. With a height of 400 meters above sea level, the hill prides itself on providing one of the finest views in the area. The hike itself will take around 45 to 60 minutes. The fourth summit of the hill, Gunung Tok Wan, is more difficult to climb and only to be undertaken if you're ready for a greater challenge. 

Skytrex Adventure

This is a first-of-its-kind outdoors activity in KL. The sky-trekking experience offers different challenges where you soar, glide, and swing hung above the jungle, surrounded by gorgeous and luscious green trees. The various circuits, based on the level selected, will definitely push you from your comfort zone and also get your blood flowing. 

ATV Adventure Park

This exciting experience is ideal for parties and only takes 40 minutes to get from the city. Based on how long you want to remain on your ATV trip, you have a variety of packages to select from. You'll be rewarded for cruising over the rugged and mud terrains with a beautiful waterfall at the finish, where you may swim or dip your toes in. For adrenaline seekers looking for a thrill, the ATV Adventure Park is a must-see. 

Rock Climbing at Batu Caves

For those unfamiliar with Batu Caves, this is one of the country's most famous religious monuments, famed for its colorful stairs. But did you also know it's also a popular rock climbing destination? The cave's entrance includes around 160 distinct paths, each with varying degrees of difficulty depending on your level of expertise. Some paths take you halfway up, while others will take you to the 150-meter summit, depending on your expertise. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event that will leave you with an incredible tale to tell your family and friends.
